Delivery
Dispatched from Xiangtan within 1–2 working days. Air parcel to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Hong Kong in 7–12 days. Tracking number emailed on dispatch.
Freight
Courier air freight, typically USD 9.00 per pack to Southeast Asia, charged at cost. Duties and import taxes, if any, are borne by the buyer.
Returns
14 days from delivery for unopened packs. Damaged or out-of-spec packs are replaced or refunded in full — see the return policy.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
Is USD 16.90/kg the bulk price?
No. This is the reference price for a 1 kg sample pack, which covers packing and single-parcel handling. Bulk (500 kg and above) is quoted FOB or CIF against your specification, packing and destination port — usually well below this figure, and established buyers receive the sample free of charge. Request a bulk quote.
Do you sell retail quantities?
No. We supply food factories, distributors and importers only. The minimum bulk order is 500 kg; the 1 kg pack exists so you can test the grade on your own line before committing to a container.
Can I get a different grade or packing?
Yes. Grades, screen sizes, moisture targets and packing (25 kg PP, kraft with liner, vacuum) are all made to order. Tell us the finished product you are making and we will propose the grade.
Do you supply documents for import?
Phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list and health certificate where required. For Malaysia and Indonesia we also prepare JAKIM / BPJPH-related product documentation on request.
How long does a bulk order take?
15–20 days for production after deposit, plus sea freight. Booking is tightest from August to October ahead of the mooncake season — plan two months ahead.
