Shipping Policy

Short version: sample packs ship from Xiangtan within 1–2 working days, flat USD 9.00 air freight worldwide, typically 7–12 days to Southeast Asia. Bulk orders ship FOB or CIF, quoted per order.

1. Where we ship from

All goods are packed and dispatched from our facility in Xiangtan, Hunan, China. Sample packs leave the warehouse within 1–2 working days of payment; you receive a tracking number by email on the day of dispatch.

2. Sample pack freight

Flat USD 9.00 per 1 kg pack, worldwide, added at checkout.
Transit time: 7–12 days to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Hong Kong; 10–18 days elsewhere.
Shipments are sent by international air parcel with tracking. A signature may be required on delivery.
Import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility. Where a consignment is held for customs clearance, we supply the requested documents at no charge.

3. Bulk orders

Quoted FOB Shanghai / Shenzhen / Qingdao or CIF to your port, per order.
Sea freight transit: 7–14 days to Port Klang, Singapore and Jakarta; 5–9 days to Ho Chi Minh and Laem Chabang.
Production lead time is typically 15–20 days after deposit, depending on grade and packing.
We can ship on your nominated forwarder. Where we book freight, the freight cost is shown separately on the commercial invoice.

4. Documents supplied

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and certificate of analysis. Health certificates and JAKIM/BPJPH-related product documentation are prepared on request. Documents are issued in English; Chinese or Malay labelling can be arranged for bulk orders.

5. Split and consolidated shipments

Bulk orders can be split across several destinations at cost. Consolidation with other products from our range (nuts, beans, sesame) is available on the same container.

6. Loss and damage in transit

Report visible damage within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the outer carton, the inner packing and the lot label. Verified transit damage is replaced or refunded in full — see the Return & Refund Policy.
