Round (whole) Hunan pearl lotus seeds keep their natural round shape and tender texture. Naturally sulfur-free (no added SO2) and fully traceable to our certified GAP base in Xiangtan, these whole seeds are selected from the 'Cun San Lian' (寸三莲) origin. Prized in Chinese tradition for gently nourishing the heart and calming the mind, they are ideal for soups, porridges, mooncake and dessert fillings. Grade-1 seeds measure ≥12.5 mm, plump and creamy.
